Judge: Why are the Energy Awards important to the industry?

I think it’s important that the industry celebrates its successes, and I think also showcases them. The awards are a great platform to be able to do that. We get to see what other people are doing and hopefully other people get inspired by what the industry is successful at.

Judge: Why are the Energy Awards important to the industry?

To the industry, I think it's great to showcase the talent that’s out there, whether that’s companies, whether that’s technology. It’s really important we continue to innovate and to drive forward renewable energy, zero carbon reduction and all those sorts of things. It’s really important that tonight is celebrated, so that we can show all of those achievements off.

Winners: What does the Energy Awards mean to the industry?

In terms of all of the hard work, I think that the energy industry has grown over the last 20-25 years. In the last two years, it has become significantly more important and as a result the recognition that the companies that have been working very very hard to support their clients on producing energy efficiency carbon emissions is significantly important.

I think it’s a great way for companies to be recognised for the really good work that they are doing and its nice for everyone to be able to enjoy it as well.
